Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb West Creek bacon (cooked, chopped)
  • 2 heads Peak Fresh Produce lettuce, head(s) red leaf (chopped)
  • 5 heads Peak Fresh Produce Romaine Lettuce (washed, cut)
  • 8-10 cup Peak Fresh Produce Tomato(es) (diced)
  • 2 cup Peak Fresh Produce Onion(s), green
  • 1 cup West Creek croutons (as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp Burstâ„¢ Garlic Powder (as needed)
  • 1 Cup Piancone Roasted Garlic Parmesan Dressing (as needed)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine salad ingredients into a large bowl. Add Piancone Roasted Garlic Parmesan Dressing to coat all ingredients. Blend all ingredients together. Cover and hold, chill until needed for service.
