Cajun Prime Rib Sandwich

This hearty sandwich takes traditional prime rib up a notch with spicy Cajun seasoning.

Cajun Prime Rib Sandwich


  • 6 oz. West Creek Prime Rib (thick slice)
  • 2 oz. Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 slices bread, toasted ciabatta
  • 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce onion(s) (caramelized)
  • 1 oz. Piancone olive oil
  • 2 oz. Nature's Best Dairy butter (melted)


Preheat grill to 400ºF. Brush both sides of prime rib slice with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 oz. of Cajun seasoning on each side of prime rib and place on heated grill. Brush both sides of ciabatta bread with butter and lightly toast or grill. Cut slices in half diagonally and shingle on the plate. Once the steak has reached desired temperature place over toasted bread. Top with caramelized onions and serve.
