Cold Smoked Salmon Flowers with Dill Cream Cheese on Cucumber Rounds

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound Empire's Treasure Smoked Salmon
  • 1 cup cream cheese, dill
  • 20 rounds Peak Fresh Produce cucumber(s)

INSTRUCTIONS

Gently roll each slice of salmon into a tube, then open to represent a rose. Pipe dill cream cheese onto cucumber round, then top with salmon flower and garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
