Saltimbocca Burger Slider

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz. Roma pesto
  • 4 2-oz. Braveheart Black Angus Beef Patties
  • 4 slices Roma prosciutto
  • 4 slices cheese, provolone
  • 4 small Heritage Ovens roll(s), ciabatta

INSTRUCTIONS

Toast rolls. Grill burgers then top with pesto sauce. Put prosciutto on burgers and melt provolone cheese on top. Then serve.
