Chipotle Moonshine BBQ Pork Sandwich

Chipotle Moonshine BBQ Pork Sandwich


  • 4 oz. West Creek Pork Chops, Center Cut
  • 1/2 tsp. chipotle base
  • 3 oz. West Creek Sauce, Moonshine Barbeque
  • 1 Heritage Ovens bread, brioche
  • 2 oz. West Creek Pineapple Mango Salsa
  • 1/2 oz. hickory seasoning


Season both sides of pork chop. Place sauce in a sauté pan and heat. Place the Chipotle base in the sauce and mix thoroughly. Place pork chop on grill and brush with sauce. Turn chop and brush with sauce again. Butter bun and place on flat grill to toast. When ready, place chop on bottom bun and brush one last time with sauce. Place salsa on top of chop. Shingle top bun so you can see the chop and salsa. Place side on plate and serve.
