Fire Roasted Bruschetta

An easy-to-make appetizer featuring Contigo's Fire Roasted Salsa.

Fire Roasted Bruschetta


  • 1 cup Contigo® Salsa, Fire Roasted
  • 3 leaves Roma® Basil, Dry (sliced)
  • 1 oz. arugula
  • 1 cup Bacio® Cheese, Mozzarella (cubed)
  • 1 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow (diced)
  • 5 slices Heritage Ovens® Bread, French


Place the salsa in a strainer and let drain until all moisture is gone. Then pace salsa in a bowl and add the diced mozzarella. Add 1 leaf sliced basil to mixture and mix thoroughly. Take the 5 slices of bread and place in oven to toast until slightly brown. When toasted, place arugula on plate, scattered. Place the bread on plat and top with the mixture evenly. Sprinkle the rest of the basil on top of bread pieces and sprinkle pepper mixture over plate and mixture to garnish.
