Gruyere Cranberry Salad


  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce Spring Lettuce Mix
  • 2 oz cheese shredded, Gruyère
  • 3 oz cashews
  • 3 oz pineapple(s), fresh (diced)
  • 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce tomato(es), cherry
  • 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce onion(s), red (diced)
  • 4 oz vinaigrette, cranberry


Place the greens in a salad bowl. Top with pineapple then red onion. Then top with cheese and cashews. Place the tomatoes around the edge.
