Cilantro Pesto

Cilantro lovers will enjoy this twist on classic pesto.

Cilantro Pesto


  • 2 garlic, clove(s), peeled
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, Fresh (leaves, washed)
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Raffinato® Cheese Grated, Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. salt, kosher
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick Culinary® Black Pepper, Ground


In food processor chop garlic and cilantro and slowly add oil. Add remaining ingredients and process into a coarse paste.
