Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

There is a reason this salad is a favorite. Grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, grated parmasaen and cream ceaesar are a classic combo.

Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken


  • 3-1/2 Cups Peak Fresh Produce Lettuce, Romaine, Cut
  • 2 oz. Village Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • 2 oz. Raffinato cheese, grated parmesan
  • 8 each Roma Croutons
  • 5 oz. West Creek chicken, breast fillet(s), boneless (1 each, grilled and cut julienne)
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce lemon(s) (wedge each)


Toss romaine in a large bowl with dressing, 1 oz. of cheese and the croutons. Mound Romaine in serving bowl and top with remaining cheese and the grilled chicken breast. Garnish with wedge of lemon.
