Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken
There is a reason this salad is a favorite. Grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, grated parmasaen and cream ceaesar are a classic combo.
- 3-1/2 Cups Peak Fresh Produce Romaine Lettuce, Cut
- 2 oz. Village Garden Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 2 oz. Raffinato cheese, grated parmesan
- 8 each Roma Croutons
- 5 oz. West Creek chicken, boneless chicken breast fillet(s) (1 each, grilled and cut julienne)
- 1 lemon(s) (wedge each)
Toss romaine in a large bowl with dressing, 1 oz. of cheese and the croutons. Mound Romaine in serving bowl and top with remaining cheese and the grilled chicken breast. Garnish with wedge of lemon.
