ROMA® Tre Latte (Three Milk) White Pizza

This pizza is all about the cheese. Ooey, gooey, cheese!
- 16 oz Roma Dough Ball
- 10 oz Bacio Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 oz Roma Whole Milk Ricotta
- 3 oz Piancone cheese, Pecorino Romano
Mix ricotta and romano cheeses. Spread onto prepared crust. Top with shredded cheese and bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese has been completely melted.
