ROMA® Margherita Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz Roma Dough Ball
  • 6 oz Piancone Imported Italian Pear Tomatoes
  • 8-10 large leaves Peak Fresh Produce basil, fresh
  • 8 oz Piancone Gourmet Fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Roma black pepper, ground

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the pear tomatoes and sauce on prepared dough. Top with sliced mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, salt and black pepper. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
