Allegiance Pork Chop with Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions

  1. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper and sear on both sides. Place some of the Thai Peanut Sauce (recipe below) in a separate cup and brush both sides of the chop.
  2. Place in an oven and roast until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.
  3. Pour some fresh sauce over top and heat for a minute in the oven. Serve garnished with Sriracha sauce and fresh cut scallions.

  • 1 Allegiance® Pork, Loin Chops, cut from an Allegiance 10-bone rack
  • to taste salt and pepper

Thai Peanut Sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender.

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • to taste Sriracha
