Asian Pork Burgers

Directions

  1. Combine pork/beef blend, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and anchovy paste. Form into 4 patties and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  3. Spread 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise on each bun; place a burger on each and top with cucumber and cilantro.

  • 2 tsp Roland Anchovy paste
  • 4 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), toasted
  • Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, for topping
  • 1 sliced Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s)
  • 2 cloves Roma Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, root, chopped
  • 1 1/4 lb pork, ground
  • 2 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lime
  • 6 tsp West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce
