BBQ Chicken Cheesesteak
Directions
- Preheat to 350 degrees F.
- Place frozen chicken on grill. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasonings.
- Chicken should have a consistent white color with absolutely no pink remaining.
- Simultaneously cook the onions and bell peppers in the butter/oil.
- In the last 30 seconds of cooking sprinkle seasoning on the chicken and toss to combine.
- Combine the onions and peppers. Add the BBQ sauce and cheese, toss to combine. If desired heat the hoagie rolls.
- Place ¼ of the chicken mixture into each of the hoagie rolls. Top with optional items if desired.

- 1 Tbsp. BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion, powder

- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, sliced
- 4 Roma® Traditional Chicken Flat Steak(s)
- 2 cups West Creek® Cheese Shredded, Cheddar
