Cabo Wabo Burger

Directions

  1. Toast the buns and spread with aioli on top and bottom.
  2. While grilling the beef patties, after first flip place 1 slice of pepper jack cheese on top of 1 patty and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top of the other patty. On top of the pepper jack cheese patty, add the grilled onion, green chili chorizo blend and then top with the cheddar patty and remove to bottom bun.
  3. Place shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and sliced avocado on top of burger patties. Top with bun and serve.

  • 1/2 avocado Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado(es), sliced
  • 2 Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Patty(ies)
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s)
  • 1 slice cheese slice(s), cheddar
  • 2 tbsp Ken's® Green Chili Aioli
  • 2 tbsp grilled onion, green chili, chorizo blend
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg, Shredded
  • 1 slice cheese slice(s), pepperjack
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), sliced

Green Chili and Roasted Tomato Aioli

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
  2. Transfer to a container. Label, date and refrigerate.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Piancone® Vinegar, Balsamic
  • 1 cup tomato(es), fire roasted, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
  • 2 cups Ken's® Green Chili Aioli

Grilled Onion, Green Chili Chorizo Blend

Directions

  1. After cooking onions and chorizo, combine all ingredients together and blend well.
  2. Set aside or refrigerate until needed.
