Crispy Blue Gill Sandwich

Directions

  1. Dredge the bluegill fillets in the seasoned breading. Place in a fry basket into fryer oil that is preheated to 350 degrees. Cook for approximately 90 seconds. Remove from oil allow to drain.
  2. Coat the inside of the hoagie roll with the butter flavored oil. Place butter roll on flat grill for 2 minutes to toast.
  3. Spread the tartar sauce even on the top and bottom of the toasted roll. Layer the fish on the bun.
  4. Place the lettuce and tomato slices on the bun. Slice and serve!

  • 4 ea blue gill fillet(s), 1.1 oz
  • 1 tbsp Brilliance® Premium Oils Buttery Flavored Oil
  • 1/2 cup flour, seasoned
  • 1 ea Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Hoagie, 6"
  • 1 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Mix
  • 4 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 1 tbsp Village Garden® Tartar Sauce, New England Style
