Lamb with Bolognese Sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all spices together with the olive oil. Rub the chops and place on char grill to cook, turning to cook evenly to medium rare.
  2. Place the sauce in a sauté pan and turn on medium heat and bring to a slight boil. Add spaghetti to the sauce and toss.
  3. Place the pasta and sauce in a nice pasta bowl. Stand the racks in the middle leaning on each other and serve.

  • 5 oz Assoluti® Pasta, Spaghetti
  • 6 oz Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 pairs lamb chops
  • 1/8 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 oz Roma® Oil, Olive
  • 1/8 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1/8 tsp thyme, ground

Bolognese Sauce

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a stock pot and bring to a boil. When it's at a boil, turn down and simmer for 30 minutes.

  • 3/4 of one Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Yellow, diced
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 15 oz Roma® Tomato Sauce
  • 28 oz Roma® Tomatoes, Canned Crushed
