Lobster Mac & Cheese

This landlubber’s delight will have diners happily schooled in Bay Winds® Lobster, while finding comfort in the thick, creamy white cheddar Mac and cheese. Fresh lobster is cooked and then folded into Stouffer’s White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, then topped with breadcrumbs and scallions for a delicious seafood favorite for kids and adults alike.
Lobster Mac & Cheese
Directions
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the melted butter, shallots, and garlic and cook until translucent.
- Add Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese and the lobster meat.
- Stir and heat until warmed through.
- Taste and season with salt if needed, hold hot for service.
- To serve one portion, ladle 12 oz of the Lobster Mac & Cheese into a bowl, top with 2 tbsp. of toasted panko breadcrumbs and garnish with fresh picked tarragon.

- 1/4 cup garlic, peeled, minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 6 fl oz Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs, lightly toasted
- 1 1/2 cups shallot(s), minced
- 6 3/4 lb Stouffer's® White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, heated
- tarragon, as needed, fresh, picked
