Pork Roast with Sweet and Sour BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Sear it and then roast in the oven.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce.
  3. Brush with sauce near the end of the cook time.
  4. Slice and serve with additional sauce.

  • 1 lb. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), diced
  • 1/2 lb. Ridgecrest® Beef Base
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 gallons water
  • 1 West Creek® Pork, Loin, Boneless
  • 1 lb. West Creek® Sugar, Brown
  • 1/2 can West Creek® Tomato Paste
  • 1 gallon West Creek® Vinegar, Red Wine
