Roasted Jalapeno Butter
About this Recipe
A flavorful, spicy addition to any steak, this butter can also be used for a variety of other proteins, or as a spread for cornbread.
Roasted Jalapeno Butter
Directions
- In a bowl mix all products together and then roll into a log shape. This can be frozen if needed.
- Cut ½ inch disks to place on desired steak. Yields 1 pound.

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 Contigo® Pepper(s), Jalapeño, roasted, seeded, and diced
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, clove(s), minced
- 2 lime(s), juice of
- 1 lb(s). Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/2 Cup(s) Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. salt
