Spanish Burger with Avocado Mayo

Directions

  1. Cook fresh Braveheart® patty to desired degree of doneness.
  2. Add avocado mayo to top and bottom of toasted kaiser roll. 
  3. Place burger on bottom of bun and top with poblano pepper. Melt cheese on top and add red onion.
  4. Top with kaiser roll and serve.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Patty(ies), Fresh Ground
  • 2 slices cheese, manchego
  • 1 Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser
  • 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced and caramelized
  • 1 pepper(s), poblano, roasted, seeded, peeled

Avocado Mayo

Directions

  1. In a blender add garlic, egg yolks* and avocado and puree.
  2. Slowly drizzle in oil to form mayo. Add salt and serve. Will hold for 7 days under refrigeration.
