You tell us how you want your cheese and we make it for you...it couldn't be easier! Our cheese products allow your employees to concentrate on the most important part of your operation - your patrons! Eliminate the need for shredding or dicing cheese in the back room - all your employees have to worry about is making the best product possible, satisfying your customer and keeping them coming back again and again.
Customization Options
Truly a cheese specialist with high quality standards, we create consistent and unique ingredients for your business. We manufacture over 200 cheese blends with the folowing options:
Choose Diced or Shredded:
Regular shred: This type of shred is diamond in shape and approximately 7/64” (2.8 mm) on all sides.
Oval/Feather Shred: This type of shred is a slightly modified oval shred.
Fine/Fancy Shred: The V-Cut shred is diamond in shape and approximately 1/16” (1.6 mm) on all sides.
Ribbon Shred: 3/64” x 3/8” x 1 1/2” - a thin, flat shred.
Dice Cut: Cut 1/8” x 1/8” x 1/8” cube; Cut 1/4” x 1/4” x 1/4” cube; Cut 3/8” x 3/8” x 3/8” cube.
