Arugula Sausage Beef Pizza

Serves: 4-6

Hand-pinched Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, Bacio cheese, sliced tomatoes and fresh arugula combine expertly to create this premium pie.

Arugula Sausage Beef Pizza


  • 1 Ultimo Dough Ball(s), 14 oz.
  • 1 Tbsp(s). Piancone olive oil, extra virgin
  • 8 oz(s). Bacio shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium Peak Fresh Produce tomato(es) (sliced, roasted)
  • 4 oz(s). Ultimo Seasoned Ground Beef, Hand-Pinched Style
  • 4 oz(s). Assoluti Hand-Pinched Style Italian Sausage, Sweet Mild
  • 2 oz(s). Roma cheese, Parmesan (shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup(s). Peak Fresh Produce arugula (torn)


Brush olive oil evenly over pizza shell, up to ½ inch of edge. Evenly layer with mozzarella, tomatoes, beef, and sausage. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Remove from oven and top with parmesan and arugula.
