Mediterranean Pepperoni Pizza

Mediterranean Pepperoni Pizza


  • 1 Ultimo Frozen Pizza Crust, 14"
  • 2 Tbsp(s). Cheesy Alfredo Sauce, prepared
  • 6 oz(s). Bacio shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 oz(s). Ultimo pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup(s) roasted red peppers, bottled (torn into strips)
  • 1/4 medium Peak Fresh Produce onion(s), red (sliced)
  • 2 oz(s). Roma artichoke hearts (quartered)
  • 2 Tbsp(s). Roma Black Olives, Sliced (drained)


Evenly spread the cheesy alfredo sauce up to ½ inch of edge. Layer 5 oz. mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, red onion and black olives evenly over pizza area. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
