Lobster-Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 5 mushroom(s), silver dollar
  • 5 oz. crab stuffing
  • 1 pinch Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s) (chopped)
  • 1 oz. wine, dry white
  • 2 oz. Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 2 oz. Bay Winds® Lobster


Place mushrooms on a plate. Fill each with stuffing. Place the garlic and white wine on plate. Place lobster on top of stuffing mix. Place cheese on top and place in oven until hot. Garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.
