Cilantro Pesto

Cilantro lovers will enjoy this twist on classic pesto.

Cilantro Pesto


  • 2 garlic clove(s), peeled
  • 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce cilantro, fresh (leaves, washed)
  • 1/2 cup Piancone olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup Raffinato cheese, grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. salt, kosher
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick Culinary black pepper, ground


In food processor chop garlic and cilantro and slowly add oil. Add remaining ingredients and process into a coarse paste.
