A1 Brisket Flatbread

Directions

  1. In a saucepan heat oil over medium high heat. Sauté onions until starting to caramelize. Stir in 2-3 ounces of A1 sauce, increase heat to high and stir constantly to reduce sauce slightly. Stir in brisket.
  2. Top flatbread with mixture leaving 1/4 inch of flatbread edge plain.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over topping and bake at 400°F oven until flatbread is crisp, golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle with additional A1 Sauce and serve.

  • 2 to 3 oz. A.1. Steak Sauce, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 oz. oil, vegetable
  • 2 onion(s), peeled, halved and sliced thinly
  • 6 oz. beef, brisket, cooked, shredded
  • 1 bread, flatbread
  • 2 cups cheese, mozzarella and provolone blend, shredded
