In a saucepan heat oil over medium high heat. Sauté onions until starting to caramelize. Stir in 2-3 ounces of A1 sauce, increase heat to high and stir constantly to reduce sauce slightly. Stir in brisket.
Top flatbread with mixture leaving 1/4 inch of flatbread edge plain.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over topping and bake at 400°F oven until flatbread is crisp, golden brown and cheese is melted.
Drizzle with additional A1 Sauce and serve.
