Bacon Candy

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and place the bacon slices on the rack. Microwave the maple syrup and brown sugar for 15 seconds and mix. Brush the mixture on both sides of the bacon.
  3. Bake the bacon for approximately 20-30 minutes until crisp. Remove from the rack immediately and set aside to cool.
