BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger

Directions

  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving season 1 patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning.
  2. Grill to desired doneness, finish patty with 1 slice of cheese to melt.
  3. Toast bun. Place 1 lettuce leaf and two tomato slices on base of bun. Top with grilled burger, 1/4 cup crispy onions, and 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
  4. Finish with two slices of bacon and top bun. Serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 4 ea. burger patties
  • 4 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning ®
  • 4 slices cheese, cheddar
  • 4 ea. bun(s), Kaiser, split
  • 4 leaves lettuce, baby field greens
  • 1 cup French's® Crispy Fried Onions
  • 3/4 cup Cattlemen’s® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
