Black Bean and Corn Confetti
Directions
- Roast the corn golden brown and remove from the cob.
- Roast the peppers and peel, remove skin.
- Dice onion brunoise and jalapeños.
Chop cilantro and mince garlic.
- Toss vegetables, seasoning, and lime juice and serve.
