Black Bean and Corn Confetti

Directions

  1. Roast the corn golden brown and remove from the cob.
  2. Roast the peppers and peel, remove skin.
  3. Dice onion brunoise and jalapeños. Chop cilantro and mince garlic.
  4. Toss vegetables, seasoning, and lime juice and serve.

  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
