Bruschetta Topped Hummus
Directions
- Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters (or eighths if large).Place in a small mixing bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.
- Scoop hummus out of container and swirl onto a serving plate.
- Top with the bruschetta and drizzle with a touch of olive oil, if desired.

- 10 basil, leaves, fresh, chopped
- 1 garlic, clove(s), minced
- 2 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, multi-colored (red, yellow, orange)
- 1 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 10 oz container Sabra® Classic Hummus
- to taste salt
