Buffalo Onion Straws with BBQ Shrimp and Bacon
Directions
- Prepare West Creek Onion Straws according to package directions.
- Place Straws in a bowl and toss with Frank's Hot Sauce.
- Season shrimp with BBQ spice and grill to desired doneness.
- Place shrimp in a medium bowl, toss with BBQ sauce and keep warm.

Prepare a serving basket by lining it with paper, then add the kale and top with red onion slice.
- Transfer the Straws to the basket, top with shrimp. Garnish with green onions and bacon pieces and serve.

- 2 tsp BBQ spice rub
- 5 pieces Empire's Treasure® Shrimp, Large , (16/20 peeld and deveined)
- 2 oz Frank's RedHot® Original Hot Sauce, (red)
- 2 leaves kale, leaves
- 1 tbl Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, (sliced)
- 1 slice Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
- 2 tbl West Creek® Bacon, (cooked, chopped)
- 2 tbl West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Original
