Directions

  1. Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, Clam Base, and chili flakes in a large container.
  2. Using a wire whisk, mix thoroughly. Chill and hold in refrigerator.
  3. Combine mock clamato juice, tequila, Cointreau, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce in a shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until fully mixed and frothy. Hold in refrigerator for service.

  • 6 cups tomato juice
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. TABASCO® Brand Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 3/4 tsp Minor's Clam Base
  • red chili, flakes, to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups tequila
  • 1 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp TABASCO® Brand Sriracha Sauce
