Cannoli Icing
Directions
- Add heavy cream to a mixer bowl fitted with
whisk attachment; mix on medium-high
until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone cheese and mix on
medium speed just until incorporated, 30-60
seconds.
- Combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar,
vanilla extract and orange zest in a separate
bowl.
- Fold in mascarpone mixture until
incorporated.

- 2 cups cheese, ricotta
- 1 cup sugar, powdered
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp orange zest
