Thread the 2 large marshmallows and 2 mini marshmallows onto a cocktail pick, alternating sizes to create a fluffy “cloud” effect.
Fold or weave the sour belt candy onto the pick so it cascades through or underneath the marshmallow cloud. A multicolor sour belt gives it a rainbow-cloud look.
Finish with an edible orchid or flower tucked alongside the garnish. Rest the garnish across the top of the cantarito and serve immediately.
