Cherry Old Fashioned Smash
Directions
- Put cherries in cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add in bourbon, cherry liqueur, simple syrup, orange bitters and shake well.
- Fill two lowball glasses half full with ice and pour shaken cocktail (plus the ice and muddled cherries) into glasses.
- Top with club soda and garnish with more cherries.

- 4 oz bourbon
- 1 1/2 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
- To Top club soda
- To Top ice
- 2 Dashes orange bitters
- 12 Simplot® Classic Fruit™ Dark, Sweet, Pitted Cherries
