Cilantro Lime Chicken Fajita Wrap
Directions
- Combine chicken, lime juice and garlic in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes. Sauté over medium-high heat in a skillet until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain excess liquid, add cilantro and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
- Prepare the pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta according to package directions.
- For each fajita; fill a flour tortilla with 2 oz. each of chicken, pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta, add 1 oz. pico de gallo and 1/2 oz. of cheese. Roll and serve.
