Directions

  1. Toss spinach with dressing and place in serving bowl.
  2. Garnish the salad with remaining ingredients.

  • 2 oz. cheese crumbles, bleu
  • 1 egg(s), hard cooked, quartered
  • 2 mushroom(s), crimini, thinly sliced
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced, broken into rings
  • 3 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach, washed & stems trimmed
  • 3 oz. Village Garden® Hot Bacon Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 3 strips West Creek® Bacon, crispy, chopped
