Directions
- With butter at room temperature fold in all ingredients.
- Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe butter onto sheet pan lined with parchment paper then refrigerate for service.

- 1 lb. unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp Contigo® green habanero hot sauce
- 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
- 3 tbsp Roma® roasted red pepper brunoise dice
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, minced
- 2 tbsp Contigo Cotija Cheese
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, black
