Contigo® Pinto Bean Dip and Chips

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat add water, base, beans, cumin, chilis, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir mixture until warm.
  3. Serve with Contigo® tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Contigo® pinto bean refried beans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Ridgecrest® chicken base
  • 2 tbsp Contigo® Pepper(s), Green Chili , diced
  • 1/2 tsp Roma® Cumin, Ground
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
  • 8 oz Contigo® Tortilla Chips
