Contigo® Street Corn Queso
Directions
- Heat queso blanco in the bag until 165 degrees.
- Fold in corn & jalapeno blend.
- Serve street corn dip garnished with cotija cheese, green onion, and cilantro. Warm, fresh chips make it best!

- 3 cups Simplot® RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn & Jalapeño Blend, hot
- 1 cup Contigo Cotija Cheese , grated
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, sliced fine
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, W&T, leaves and stems chopped
- 2 lbs Contigo® Ready to Cook White Corn Chips, 1/4 cut, fried
