- 2 tbsp McCormick® Southwest Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), (juice only)
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, (diced)
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red Bell, (diced)
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Scallion(s), (sliced)
- 3/4 cup Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
- 3 cups West Creek® Beans, Black, (cooked, cooled)
