Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend.
  2. Form into 8 crab cakes.

  • 1/4 tsp horseradish, prepared
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
  • 1 lb Empires Treasure lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard, creole
  • 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, flat leaf, chopped
