Flash Fried Bacio® Diablo
Directions
- Dip cheese in batter, then into panko and refrigerate for half hour.
- Heat marinara and pesto.
- Fry cheese; drain well.
- Place sauce on serving plate; place cheese on top of sauce. Garnish with parsley.

- 4 oz Bacio® cheese, single slice
- 1/2 cup Goldendipt® batter
- 1 cup Kikkoman® panko
- 3 oz West Creek® marinara sauce
- 1 oz Roma Chipotle Pesto
- 3 sprigs Peak Fresh Produce Parsley
