Directions
- In small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine prepared Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy and Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce. Whisk thoroughly. Remove from heat and hold warm.
- To plate poutine, place 8 ounces hot french fries or tater tots in basket or bowl.
- Top with 2 ounces bourbon-infused brown gravy.
- Top with 1 ounce shredded cheese and serve hot.
