Food Truck Poutine

Directions

  1. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine prepared Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy and Custom Culinary® Gold Label Kentucky-Style Bourbon Sauce. Whisk thoroughly. Remove from heat and hold warm.
  2. To plate poutine, place 8 ounces hot french fries or tater tots in basket or bowl.
  3. Top with 2 ounces bourbon-infused brown gravy.
  4. Top with 1 ounce shredded cheese and serve hot.

  • 2 lbs tater tots, prepared, hot (sub French fries)
  • 12 oz cheese shredded, cheddar
