Fried Chipotle Salsa

Directions

  1. Deep fry the plantain, onions, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Place in blender with chipotles.
  3. Add kosher salt and slowly stream in oil.

  • 2 cups Contigo® Pepper(s), Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), whole
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), chopped
  • 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es)
  • 2 cups Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 1 plantains
