Garlic Peppered Zucchini and Red Onion Pizza
Directions
- Top the crust with the pizza sauce.
- Add half of the cheese.
- Toss the zucchini and onion in the olive oil and seasoning.
- Arrange the vegetables on the pizza.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake.

- 1 14 in Ultimo® Hand Tossed Pizza Crust
- 6 oz Ultimo!® Hot Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Ultimo® WM Diced Mozzarella
- 1/3 Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, sliced on a mandolin
- 1/6 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, sliced on a mandolin
- 2 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 2 packets Roma® Garlic and Pepper seasoning
