Glacier Blueberry Cheesecake Shake
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler.
- Spread each square with a thin layer of the melted chocolate and then sprinkle with the sugar/sprinkles to cover the chocolate (work in batches while the chocolate is still warm and the sprinkles will stick). Let cool and then cut each in half diagonally.
- Prepare each shake by blending until smooth 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup blueberry filling, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/3 cup milk and 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Spread the outside edge of a 16 ounce glass with the marshmallow crème. Roll the edge of the glass in the sprinkles/sugar to cover the marshmallow.
- Fill the glass with smooth shake. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with 3 wedges of the graham cracker glacier shards.

- 2 1/2 lbs Kraft® Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
- 15 Graham cracker squares
- 10 cups ice, crushed
- 1/2 cup Kraft® Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream
- 3 1/3 cups Milk
- 3 1/3 cups blueberry pie filling
- 4 tsp Blue & White Decorating Sprinkles
- 3/4 cup Blue & White Decorating Sprinkles, (and sprinkles)
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 cups whipped cream
