Green Goddess Hummus

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients except salt and water into food processor.
  2. Process until very smooth.
  3. Adjust texture with water if needed. Season to taste with salt.

  • 1 oz basil, leaves, fresh
  • 4 cup chickpeas, drained
  • 1 oz chives, fresh
  • 4 garlic, clove(s)
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 2 oz parsley, leaves
  • to taste salt
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 oz tarragon, leaves
  • if needed water
