Grilled Lobster and Bacon Salad

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla and blend well.
  2. Split into 4 portions and place on fried tortilla then serve. Garnish with sliced lemon if desired.

  • 1 tsp. mustard, dijon

  • 1/4 tsp. salt, kosher
  • 1 tortilla(s), spinach 10-inch, (cut into 4 triangles, fried)
  • 1/4 Cup(s) West Creek® Bacon, (pieces)
  • 1/2 Cup(s) West Creek® Mayonnaise
